Not an athlete? That doesn't matter. All athletes largely take their health and fitness for granted but that's not always the case for the man or woman in the street. More often than not they want to make a lifestyle change and a lifestyle change that will 'stick'.

This is where Nic can help. Programmes may be as simple as an introductory programme for someone who has never done any real exercise. The programme may be for someone who is recovering after an operation or illness, it could be a post-childbirth training programme or it could be a lifestyle regime for someone keen to lose weight.
