Nic Gill has been an endurance athlete himself for many years. He has competed in Coast to Coast, Marathons, Half Ironmans, Ironmans and everything in between.

He has worked with one of the best triathlon coaches around (Kristian Manietta) and has personally coached top 3 place getters in Coast to Coast, first time finishers in Ironman. As a busy professional, Nic is aware of the “balancing” act required to complete or compete within each person’s hectic life.

Every athlete is different and while the BLUEPRINT will be more than adequate for many athletes, the ability to have the programme individualised to your injury history, level of performance, training age/history, likes/dislikes, life stressors, family/friends and social occasions, work and everything else that fills our day is VITAL.
